B.C. government and public service union reach tentative contract deal

Well, looks like Minister Carole Taylor did it. She was able to reach a tentative contract agreement with the BCGEU as reported by CP. Details arn't out yet. But apparently signing bonuses were instrumental in clinching a deal as further reported.
